Tracey Karima Emin, CBE, RA (/ˈɛmɪn/; born 3 July 1963)[2][3] is a British artist known for her autobiographical and confessional artwork. Emin produces work in a variety of media including drawing, painting, sculpture, film, photography, neon text and sewn appliqué.[4] Once the "enfant terrible" of the Young British Artists in the 1980s, Tracey Emin is now a Royal Academician.[5]

Wolfson could clearly use some competition as a satirist. But turning 40 this fall, his days as an enfant terrible are behind him. Spit Earth serves as a capstone to that phase. The table is set for a long midlife crisis.


Because when a celebrity is caught spewing racist venom in a drunken rant, it's always front page news. And this time it's enfant terrible and head designer of Christian Dior, John Galliano (or should we say ex-head designer, because the label has dumped him following news of his racist outbursts).

This time around, he's got a indie-tinged comedy-drama with Bradley Cooper making his first post-stardom venture into serious fare. As such, we're reserving judgement for now, but with Weinstein Company muscle behind it, it could move right up the list if it plays with critics.
